I'm feeling better compared to earlier today my knees and calf muscles were hurting so bad I had to hold on to the wall to walk. If you want to lose weight fast jump in place. But if you're barely starting just jump in place 10 times and then do it again later another 10 times. And if you're legs still aren't hurting another 10. Don't do it 60 times like I did. And I did that the day before yesterday. So becareful. Especially if your on a trampoline with your nieces. But that's another story.
